Wheel Excitement Inc. is located directly south of the SkyDome and CN Tower, 1 block east of Spadina on the south side of the Radisson Admiral Hotel. We are connected to some of the most scenic bike trails in the city - the Martin Goodman Trail along the lakeshore, Toronto Islands, Harbourfront Centre, The Beaches, Ontario Place, the new HTO Park & much, much more.

Rental Rates
Bicycles & In-line skates
Mountain Bikes and Hybrids by Fuji & Diamondback. In-line skates by Rollerblade®
$15.00 for 1 hour, $3.00 for each additional hour up to our 24 Hr rate of $30.00

2 Day rate - Skates / Bikes $50.00, Every Additional Day $15.00

**Helmets are FREE with rental. **Cyclists under 18 are required by law to wear an approved bicycle helmet when riding a bike on a roadway or sidewalk in Ontario.

**Lock rental is $5.00 per lock for rental period.

In-line Skate Lessons -
** Group Classes Finished for the Season

All lessons are by appointment Only

**Group Lessons - $20 each. tax extra - scheduled Saturday mornings at 10am. Classes are 1 hour in length.

Private Lessons - $45 each. tax extra - Classes are 1 hour in length.

Rental equipment is an additional $5.00 tax extra

Join a group of Beginners in a 1 hour lesson. Our instructors take a personal approach, addressing your personal goals and experience level. We emphasize safety, access and skill development. All classes are outdoors so they are weather dependant. Group lessons will be cancelled should there not be the minimum # registered. (Min. is 6 people)

Our Team of Professionals provide knowledge, top notch customer service in all aspects service and repair. Bicycle maintenance & repair

Bike Tune ups

Minor Tune

$45.00 plus tax Adjust gears, Brakes, general clean up and Lube. (Parts are extra)

**Suggested to do every year to avoid bigger problems down the road.

Major Tune

$95.00 plus tax Disassemble bike Total clean up and Lube. Adjust gears & Brakes (Parts are extra)

**Suggested to be done once every 2-3 years depending upon your useage. if you ride year round, through all weather conditions, then do it every year!

In-line Skate Maintenance & Repair - Skate Tune up = $20.00 plus tax - Clean up, Wheel Rotation and Bearing inspection. (Parts are Extra)

**Suggested to be done every year and as much as possible. We will show you how to do it to keep rolling!

DIY Maintenance Clinics for bikes & Rollerblades

- Learn how to Do it Yourself. We have classes where we teach you how to fix your own bike and save costs of repair. Monthly Classes. Must call to reserve a spot. Cost of Seminar is $20 per person (tax extra) Call for class availability. Next class - TBA

Special Group Programs
Our special group programs have been designed with the customer in mind:

Learn to Skate - Corporate Fitness Program
This is our most popular program. Classes are taught by our trained certified staff and attended by those who want to learn proper technique, brush up on specific skills or learn the rules of the road.

Wheel Excitement has conducted "Learn to Skate" programs for SPORTING LIFE and the Parks &: Recreation Departments for the City of Toronto; Scarborough and East York districts. Also the Town of Ajax and the Town of Milton. In addition to various Kids Day camps in and around the GTA and as far as Barrie.
This offers your company the opportunity to try in-line skating from either our store (taking a leisurely skate along many of the lakefront paths), or your place of work (bringing the skates right to your door). It has been greeted with great enthusiasm by companies such as: American Express, Nissan Canada, The Royal Bank, CBC, Clarica Life (Waterloo), Husky, Sunlife of Canada, Dupont, and Hewlett-Packard.

Charitable Events & Community Sponsorship
Wheel Excitement has been very active in supporting community events and charitable events such as The Becel Ride for Heart, The Ride to Conquer Cancer, The RONA MS Bike tours & various other community sponsorships. Through our participation in these events, we are able to maintain our commitment to the grassroots level of the sport - the beginner and, most importantly, the kids.
